Hello everyone and welcome to my site Strong and Healthy Core. Fitness and wellness have been a passion of mine since I was 12 years of age and throughout the years, I have purchased numerous items in the fitness and wellness industry in attempt to improve my overall back health and strengthen my core muscles.
With a busy life and limited opportunity in terms of gym access, I was oftentimes looking for alternatives to help me build a stronger back and strengthen my abs and core muscles. This usually came in the form of endless sit-ups and different variations of the ab plank, as well as running for hours. But this only led to one thing, crucial lower back pain and bad posture.
I would like to give back.
Over the years I´ve learned a lot about the importance of a healthy and strong core, a lot about how to build a strong back and a lot about what exercises that would help you to improve your core muscles, your strength and your core stability…and I want to offer others some insights into many of these as well as provide you with information about various topics such core essentials, how to deal and handle with back pain, and updated exercising tips and techniques that the fitness pros are using these days.
Growing up I always felt I had to work a little harder and do whatever it took to gain that extra edge to look fit and strong. In high school I started to develop very bad lower back problems, most likely from neglecting any sort of core strength training for so many years. I knew I had to do some drastic changes with my training if I didn’t want to end up in a wheelchair before reaching the age of fifty. So, I started to educate myself about the core muscles, and why it’s important to have a strong core, and how to improve your core strength and stability.
How much work you put in is critical ton you.
I literally used to spend hours performing sit-ups in my basement, different variations of the plank and other exercises I learned from videos and follow some of my heroes in the fitness industry and these include Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean-Claude Van Damme, and Dwayne Johnson.
I bought just about every product and every manual made from time to improve this. There are clearly genetic restrictions to your overall achievement, however when you read stories like Arnold Schwarzenegger (who is one of the best bodybuilders in the history), you understand that anything is possible and that a hard working attitude and diligent work can really prompt your accomplishment in your overall health and well-being, just as it can in anything you do in life.
At Home Workouts Has Changed
The at-home workouts have gone from long and ineffective body-weight workouts, to short and effective workouts with the help of various equipment like pull-up bar, push-up stand, medicine ball, dumbbells etc.
Much of the content that I’m going to be discussing is going to be centered around weight-loss, improving your overall back health and build stronger core muscles. How to become stronger version of yourself, and how to become stronger in your abdominal area and how to improve your posture both when walking, but also when you’re sitting down at the office. It doesn’t matter if you’re are a beginner, or an experienced athlete, everyone can benefit from my tips and tricks, and the best part is that you will be able to do everything from the privacy of your own home.
The at-home workouts have change and so have the way we improve our health and strength.
They Say Perfect Practice, Leads to Perfection
There is no point training if you’re going wrong way and you are not being productive utilizing the assigned time you have. A lot can be accomplished in 30-45 minutes at home with the right motivation and the right exercises and equipment.
This can lead to a stronger core, healthier back, and a better overall health and well-being.
So have a look around and if you ever have anything to share when building your own exercises, I would love to hear it.
To a stronger and healthier life,
Founder of Strong and Healthy Core
